Rented 2 leaky homes through orewa bayleys,have been made to pay for leaks for 3 years due to maintanence refusal. Had our water rebate stolen from local property manager we have proof and went to Tony Bayley wanting a resolution out of court and police but have been ignored. my current pm told me to go to police and not email anyone for a resolution regarding theft of over $500 which is a criminal offense.
