Beware In 2022, shocking experience a deeply troubling situation when Parnell property, 21 A Balfour Rd which I understood to be valued over $1.3M, actual CV $1.8M was sold for only $760K under John Bayley’s directorship. The buyer, Robert Edward Vos, was someone connected to the obnoxious bayleys agent and Robert Chris Darlow, who, in my direct dealings, I believe acted fraudulently. Horrible level of communication, they are refuse to answer they calls when problem arise. Never had such bad experience from a property management company
