Great staff to work with patients, lousy management and social services, zero follow thru, zero communications, zero support services, zero advanced notice of discharge! If our family ever needs rehab services again this is the last place we will use!
I have been familiar with Bayley for about 12 years and have now worked there since Dec/17. I have been in many senior residence facilities around Cincinnati. There are a few good ones but none better than Bayley. The other employees are awesome and people that live there have nothing but nice things to say. The Community Services available for both people that live there and for people that don't are unbelievable. You have to check out Bayley living and Community services for yourself to see and hear what I'm talking about.... read more
I love working here alot of nice employees and the employer great to work for as I stated the grass is greener on this side!!!
