Horrible experience and a waist of my time. I received denial letters from my Ins. Co. on the codes that were submitted 21110 & 21085 and per calling my Ins. Co. and they did Not! get a response back to the denial, so Authorization was Not! approved. Per Ins., not medically necessary, this was Not for Dental, it was for Medical, Sleep Apnea. Then if my mouth guard was submitted to the lab?, it was LOST!!! between the lab and fed ex.
Always a terrific experience with Summer Hill! Everyone is super friendly, knowledge and appointments are on time. Best dental office by far!
