I can't speak for the office itself because I do everything through telehealth. My therapist and psychiatric nurse practitioner are excellent! I can't speak highly enough of Tina and Jody. But Denova 's administration department is atrocious. If I were only rating admin I would give them a 0. Every interaction I've had with the admin department, and frequently the portal, has been problematic. I gave a 3* review as a balance between great practitioners and terrible administration. Fast appointments. Excellent services. Very personable
The staff is amazing and very accommodating as far as appointments and answering questions through the portal. They make depression less depressing for sure.
