I should have throw my $200 in the trash. BUT I scheduled an appointment in person bc I have been feeling terrible. even though I'm between insurances I paid out of pocket for the appointment just to get something something. this appointment was supposed to be to establish care/annual well visit. I especially wanted to get some labs started. The guy was pretty nice but basically told me I hurt bc I'm fat and HE FORGOT TO THE ORDER THE LABS! NOW HES ON LEAVE. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the care my mother has received from Michelle Illiescu. Despite repeatedly reporting that her anxiety medication was not working, follow-up appointments were scheduled a month out with no meaningful interim check-in. Her symptoms continued to worsen. When my mother called the office in tears during a significant escalation of anxiety and asked for help, she was told to schedule an earlier appointment — which was still a week away. I can't speak for the office itself because I do everything through telehealth. My therapist and psychiatric nurse practitioner are excellent! I can't speak highly enough of Tina and Jody. But Denova 's administration department is atrocious. If I were only rating admin I would give them a 0. Every interaction I've had with the admin department, and frequently the portal, has been problematic. I gave a 3* review as a balance between great practitioners and terrible administration.
