RecommendedBest chocolate around! Never had one I haven’t liked!
We went for the first time the day after valentine's day. The case was pretty empty but the owner was wonderful to take time with us and make sure we found something we would love. We have returned since to find fuller cases and they even find fresh made goodies in the back. I am a dark chocolate covered marshmallow fanatic and theirs is the best I have ever had in my life! The chocolate and caramel covered pretzel is what a Twix should taste like... so yummy! We have yet to be disappointed!
I visited one week before Valentine’s Day and the inventory to purchase mid day was limited. I returned one week later, thinking I could find dipped caramels, vanilla creams ..it was mid day feb 13 and almost all the cases were barren. I complained to the staff and owner. They shrugged their shoulders and replied have a good day. Had to fight parking and traffic in downtown roanoke and I went to chocolate paper. downtown roanoke and bought fresh chocolates from an array for Valentine’s Day. What a Hassle
You can taste passion in every bite! I love people who love what they do! Best little chocolate store in the area, you will not be disappointed! Ingredients are carefully selected, flavors are beautifully mixed together for a unique experience. And there are new flavors every time you visit! I highly recommend this place and stop by every time I’m in the area! Thanks for making people happy!
Every time I go to Roanoke I make sure I leave with a box or two of chocolates from Baylee’s. Hard to say what my favorite is. They are all so good. The good thing about buying good chocolate is that I only eat a small amount to satisfy my sweet tooth.
Best homemade Chocolates the cheesecake chocolate is my favorite and no it doesn’t have cheesecake in it .....taste just like cheesecake. Enjoyed our talk about Italy! We will definitely be back to purchase more chocolate.. best kept secret in Roanoke!!

We have to stop at least once if we are in town. Chocolate, education, and excellent customer service. We may only make it once a year, but the chocolate is worth waiting for. My husband is hooked on the truffles and chocolate dipped orange peels. I'm partial to the dark dipped seafoam pieces. Well worth a 5 hour trip one way.
My daughter Maddi and I discovered Baylee’s today. Loved it, loved it, loved it. The proprietor was delightful in conversation! Thank you!
