Absolutely cannot recommend more highly! Our Weimaraner is now healed and happy because of the months of phenomenal care that she received at Bayleaf as she healed from a huge wound on her hip. A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone at Bayleaf Veterinary Hospital! YOU ARE THE BEST! We are so grateful for you. We know that we would not have Libby with us without your care and expertise. She is back to her crazy/awesome self!
RecommendedI have been taking my Yorkshire terrier to Bayleaf for veterinary care his whole life (10 years) and after my groomer retired I started taking him to be groomed at Bayleaf. Ellie always does an excellent job, she comes out and talks to me about what I want, she listens to any concerns I have and she is so kind and caring to my dog. You can tell she just loves animals and really knows her stuff about grooming. I highly recommend Ellie!

Worst groomer! Ellie groomed my labradoodle who is 7 years old. I have never received such bad service from any groomer in Raleigh. She shaved him totally down to bare skin, even his tail looks like a rat. She cut his long eyelashes completely off and his face is cut like a crooked poodle. When I complained and asked for a refund, I was told they don't give refunds. I requested to speak to a manager-no one contacted me to discuss my issue with the horrible groom. This is the first and only complaint we have received about one of Ellie's grooms. Upon looking into this matter, we learned that your labradoodle's coat was severely matted. Ellie called you to explain that this meant that she would be unable to provide a standard groom and would need to remove the severely matted fur; you agreed to this. There are no words to describe how grateful I am for Dr. Wilson. My puppy, Penny, is 4 months old and he has taken such great care of her. She has had a very hard time eating and he has taken the time to answer all of my questions and has made time in his schedule to see me. This has been very hard during COVID, but Dr. Wilson has made this experience so much easier. I can’t recommend a better vet. Thank you Bayleaf for all you do!!
Great vet, very caring..we have 5 dogs in our family and we bring them all to Bayleaf
After only one visit we fell in love with Bayleaf. We were in search for a different vet after numerous bad visits at our previous vet! Our old vet was notorious for never telling us what was actually wrong everytime we went in for something, after one trip to Bayleaf we got a full disclosure as to what was wrong with our pup! We are switching both dogs over to Bayleaf for all of their future veterinary needs! Thank you Bayleaf!
Absolutely love this vet and all of the doctors and staff!! All 3 of my dogs go here, my sisters pets and my dogs growing up went here, so my family has been coming here for years. The doctors are so knowledgeable and compassionate, they actually love what they do. I would never take my fur babies anywhere else!!
