I would not purchase computer hardware from Monitors.com again based on my experience with two failed graphics cards and the company’s handling of the resulting RMA and refund request. In January 2026, I purchased an NVIDIA Quadro T600 graphics card from Monitors.com. The product was advertised and sold as New/OEM/PNY.
