Apartments are nice and office is nice but I have been living here for 4 months and the washers have been broken since I moved in. Still only 2 are available and i can never get my laundry done.
My son and I are new tenants at Bayit, but the onboarding experience has been incredibly professional. The staff are timely and knowledgeable. The lease terms are exactly what you would want in a residential property. Very compatible with a working professional.
Renter Beware. They have pest issues I noticed while touring a few rental units. And while the advertisements and website invite non-students to apply to rent, this is disingenuous. The management is quite prejudiced and will lie repeatedly to you about the status of your application. Avoid like the plague, which you might get from the pests.
My son decided to transfer to Edinboro last minute and they had no single dorms available. I was told to call Bayit and Brittany was absolutely amazing!!!! She secured a great studio apartment for my son in just a few hours. She texted and emailed links and pics and explained everything so there were no surprises in the lease and we ended up saving money. Would recommend 100%
I have been here for about a month now and love it, the apartments are nice, maintenance is quick to fix any issues and overall it’s pretty quiet and very nice area!
