Renter Beware. They have pest issues I noticed while touring a few rental units. And while the advertisements and website invite non-students to apply to rent, this is disingenuous. The management is quite prejudiced and will lie repeatedly to you about the status of your application. Avoid like the plague, which you might get from the pests.
My son decided to transfer to Edinboro last minute and they had no single dorms available. I was told to call Bayit and Brittany was absolutely amazing!!!! She secured a great studio apartment for my son in just a few hours. She texted and emailed links and pics and explained everything so there were no surprises in the lease and we ended up saving money. Would recommend 100%
I have been here for about a month now and love it, the apartments are nice, maintenance is quick to fix any issues and overall it’s pretty quiet and very nice area!
Lived here for 2 years and it's been very nice. They keep the sidewalks cleared, places maintained, and keep family activities going year round!
Bayit is very accommodating to my various needs as a student, such as early move in and allowing my emotional support animal. The staff is always available to answer any questions I may have and they are always pleasant to chat with. Its location relative to Pennwest Edinboro campus is perfect during the warmer months of the year, as I’m able to comfortably walk to classes or campus events.
