Bought a camper 10 months ago. New still under warranty. Water pump went out. And they told me it’s under warranty and they would replace it. Then said that I’d have to wait 10-14 days for a new one. Then told me they had one in stock if I wanted to pay over $200.00 for it. Went to camping world and got the same pump for $90.00. Shop around
Made an inquiry online Friday pm got a call 8AM SATURDAY MORNING from the sales guy. DONT YOU HAVE A LITTLE RESPECT TO WAIT TO CALL ON A SATURDAY MORNING AT LEAST 10AM GIVE PEOPLE SLEEP AND REST. LOST A SALE WONT BE GOING HERE. DUMB!
I bought a Travel Trailer from them in Feb. 2024 and called to have a problem taken care. The trailer was still under warranty. They told me that they didn't warranty a Winnabago even though I bought it from them. They told me that I would have to take it to Conway, AR for warranty work, even though I had had it in for warranty work before. Be careful or they might do the same thing to someone else.
Mike was great to work with. Very attentive, communicative, and helpful.
We bought a new $85,000 5th wheel. Some of the outside lights were out. Told they’d order. We waited & finally contacted them. 1 yr later no lights. First hookup had pin holes in water pressure tank. Under wty but cost over $200 for them to travel to fix it. Happened again. We replaced at our cost. Stayed in it 3 x and sold with a loss of $20,000. WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN FROM THERE.
