Cant get ahold of anyone. They never answer their phones and don’t call you back when you leave a voicemail.
Once again they never answer their phone calls. Then the lady upfront was nice but was little to no help at all. Like I really don't appreciate the insult to my intelligence and say " leave a voicemail and well contact you. " i wanted to say " even if i did leave a voicemail you never call back " it's not my first rodeo with this problem here. If you are looking for a Urogynecologist, look no further. Dr Bologna is an amazing doctor. His bedside manner and other attributes are truly something I feel is worth sharing. I have never met another doctor who compares, and I have met many throughout my lifetime. His knowledge of his field of expertise is phenomenal. I’m not sure why there are so many low rated reviews for this practice. Today was my first time there for a wellness exam and every single one of the staff members I interacted with were so lovely and had great attitudes. Check in was quick and easy, the wait was short, and the nurse was very thorough with taking vitals and getting my history. Dr. Graham was so friendly and very knowledgeable.
