Staff is great but dr edler, I would not recommend.
The people here are super nice and funny. The nurse who took me back to the room also only needed me to tell her I'm hearing impaired once and from then on she spoke clearly and didn't mind repeating herself if I still didn't get it. The doctor was also funny and kind. And the bonus of the office being on the third floor is you get a nice window with a view of the sky instead of feeling trapped. Much better experience than it could've been lol.
Called May 9th about 6 times at 2:16pm to make an appointment that was supposed to be for today at 1045am. I show up. They said they had no record of my appointment. Proceeded to treat me like an idiot and are now withholding my birth control until I can now be seen on June 20th. Please, tell me how any of this makes any sense at all. So not fair to be dictated when you are allowed to get your birth control. Also the office never calls to remind you when you're due for a yearly. Cant get ahold of anyone. They never answer their phones and don’t call you back when you leave a voicemail.
Once again they never answer their phone calls. Then the lady upfront was nice but was little to no help at all. Like I really don't appreciate the insult to my intelligence and say " leave a voicemail and well contact you. " i wanted to say " even if i did leave a voicemail you never call back " it's not my first rodeo with this problem here.
