The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very professional.
Everything was excellent from start to finish. The staff were polite and professional, the facilities were clean, and the doctor was great. I have no complaints and really appreciate the care I received.
Very clean and spacious waiting area . Easy and fast check in by courteous staff. Professional staff was wonderful and addressed my needs quickly.
As you can see bayhealth address every problem with the same typical AI form letter. What they aren't figuring in is after COVID the medical field is not trusted and they are doing nothing to win back that trust The board needs to step in or watch it go down tubes. Doctors are burnt out and leaving in droves. Its VERY BAD when you have a 2.1 review Gary Birch The Bayhealth response is all AI generated and the same for every complaint
