They would not help me with my side pain. That didn't help.
As a new resident to Delaware, I required medical treatment. With no PCP as yet I went to Bayhealth Urgent Care walk in center . I was greeted a5 the window then taken to the intake area. After all information provided I waited for treatment. Within 10 minutes a nurse took me to a room, triaged, the a NP came in. The experience there was most positive for me and I recommend this facility when urgent care is required.
Was seen immediately after waiting 8-1/2 hours the night before at Kent General emergency room.
The two nurses were very helpful in my time of need and very compassionate about my situation...
This is about the third time I have used this office. I have always found the staff to be courteous and professional! I have never had a very long wait time before I have been seen. They always follow-up by phone the following day to see if you have any questions and ask how you are feeling! I would definitely recommend this clinic!
