Took my wife into this clinic on Sunday, September 27. When we got there, there was a line at the door at 9 o’clock in the morning. I thought it was gonna be a long wait. Checked in at the kiosk by the door at about 9:15 AM and she was called to be seen at 9:35. There were 4 people ahead of us. My wife said the doctor was really professional, listened to me and answered all my questions. Been to several urgent care clinics, but this has been the best so far.
I had the most awesome experience at Bayhealth Walk In Medical Care in Milford this morning. The staff went above and beyond to assist me in getting my issue addressed and taken care of. They even placed a call to another doctor's office for me. Kudos to them for really caring about a patient and making sure they got the help they needed.
I understand people can have bad days. But when you work in healthcare, specifically an urgent care center where people who are hurt and sick and not feeling their best, maybe a poor attitude towards patients is not best practice. Front desk staff working the day I came in were unprofessional and rude when I was explaining the reason for my visit. Unfortunate as this was my first visit here since I recently moved to the area.
The location is right off the highway pretty easy to get to. The staff were friendly and efficient. Decent size waiting room and not a very long wait for a Friday night. Being open until 8 pm is also a great plus.
