I understand people can have bad days. But when you work in healthcare, specifically an urgent care center where people who are hurt and sick and not feeling their best, maybe a poor attitude towards patients is not best practice. Front desk staff working the day I came in were unprofessional and rude when I was explaining the reason for my visit. Unfortunate as this was my first visit here since I recently moved to the area.
The location is right off the highway pretty easy to get to. The staff were friendly and efficient. Decent size waiting room and not a very long wait for a Friday night. Being open until 8 pm is also a great plus.
Went there for a pulled back muscle today, and I was told I do not have insurance, which is not true I called, also was told I would have to pay today to be seen which I said ok too, front staff seemed like they did not want to help, I was in a lot of pain, and there was NO compassion. Will never go back there
I had the displeasure of seeing Annmarie Fenton-Kowrach today. With this visit i got little to no answers and was constantly belittled and cut off. I came in sick, as one does to a walk in, and barely got to speak when she entered the room. I was asked the medications I’m taking and was cut off after listing the first two for her to say she’s going to check my test results and left the room after just checking my ears and briefly looking in my throat. 30 minutes later she comes back and tells me to take an allergy med that i... read more
Was refused service unless I pay $140 up front because it's a potential infection that is related to a new dental issue. I've been seen here several times and they take my insurance. I called my insurance which verified that yes, a potential infection for a dental issue is covered at this urgent care. The dental issue itself is not covered, but the infection is.
