I was diagnosed with bladder cancer in 2020 Dr ptak is my urologist and she is absolutely a lifesaver. I had the surgery to remove the tumor with chemotherapy instilation procedure... And periodic checkups since then and the cancer has not returned.... She's extremely knowledgeable and puts you at ease!!!
Dr Bologna wa very professional, kind and caring when I had my first visit. He showed concern for my issues and ordered the appropriate medical testing by for me. He had a great friendly bedside manner. Easy to get appointment.
Impossible to get an appointment! First I was told to have a doctor send notes and that if he didn’t to call back on a specific date and they would still schedule me. I called back and they hadn’t gotten the referral yet but NEVER called back to schedule. My dr finally sent a referral to me and the doctor’s office. I called them two weeks later and they claim they never got it although they were apparently two weeks behind on scanning in referrals!!
