Saw Dr. Richard Paul, yearly check up. Everything was good. Staff and Dr. Paul were kind and attentive.
They're appointment wait time is insane I made an appointment in jan they scheduled me for June. Then they call and rescheduled me the whole way out till Sept even after expressing the chronic pain!
I recommend Dr Ptak and her staff from Bay Health Hospital Urology Department for their professional patient care I am receiving.
Everyone there staff and doctors are very personable sincere and caring about the issues that you come in with. They make being there comfortable and you were at ease. I was afraid at first to go to such a doctor however I'm glad I went to Bayhealth at this location
It may be a bit of a drive for me to visit either the Milton or Milford location but I am grateful for all the kindness EVERYONE shows me when I do. Finding a world class Urology team isn't easy but everyone from the front office to the doctors, nurses snd surgical coordinator is AWESOME!!! Sweet, caring, patient and brilliant!! You ARE my team!!! And I thank you for always being there and taking such good care of me!
