This was a pleasant experience. Kylie and Brittany were both super nice. Kylie was my technician and she was really kind, professional and gentle. For what it is, it was not bad at all. I feel I was only nervous because I wasn't sure what to expect and I was used to having my dog sleep with me, but I was able to eventually get to sleep and I didn't feel bad in the morning. Absolutely horrible. It's been since July still have not heard a thg had my sleep study done in JULY. I was suppose to hear from them originally I called after I didn't hear anythg lady told me my insurance has to call them or I could call them and get Auth # so I did then called back spoke to Mary which was not pleasant and she said I will give info to insurance and have them chk and call u back. For the last 5 weeks, I've tried to get an appointment. Have spoken with at least 5 different people including a manager and I still don't have an appointment. This has been a HORRIBLE experience, not to mention it takes 15-20 to get a live person on the line each time you call.
waited 3 months to get an appointment for an overnight stay. The day of my appointment they canceled and told me they'd have to call me back to schedule another appointment. I have a feeling I'm going to be waiting another three months for a call back. Terrible service
So far I have been on hold for 15 minutes.and no one has bothered to answer the phone.
