Update: 6/12/25 I’m updating my review because unfortunately i received a broken appt letter even after i received out 4 minutes during my appt time to advise of the circumstances they did not have another one available so I was seen the next day. They literally don't know what they are doing. They are afraid to even do a good check up on you. They will quickly refer you before you think. My appointment was cancelled and sent back to a whole year before i see the doctor. Im taking my family from their facility
LAME, make a first ever appointment, show up right on time only to be told I was supposed to be 15 min early and had to reschedule, another month to wait! Only I was never informed of this special requirement, never sent any kind of welcome pack, sorry I'm not a mind reader. BEWARE the policies they wont tell you about.
Felt so uncomfortable by the doctor, was ordered to get blood work done and never returned.
