5 stars to the therapy team. They have been great so far and am on a treatment plan for improvement of my injury. The facility is clean and quiet. One star for the people at the check in desk for therapy and occupational services. They are flat out rude and will make fun of you and others right in front of you. No shame at all. Seems to be par for a lot of bayhealth practices. It makes me uncomfortable that they have access to my information on file if they are that judgemental.
I’ve been here multiple times and I never seen this lady at the front terrible customer service, nasty attitude and then she has the nerve to have her name covered like and I mean terrible attitude terrible. I seen her with other people before me how she treated them miserable worker and I’m sure I won’t be the first talking about her.
I’m 3 weeks post op for frozen shoulder. My arm is so stiff and I was getting discouraged. The women I see there Jennifer and Sharon and I’m not sure the woman’s name that specializes in dry needling go ABOVE and beyond. They are doing everything they can to get me to full range of motion and it does not go unnoticed! All of the other therapists are always welcoming and nice when I am in there as well. It’s is a clean and welcoming environment from the front desk to the back. Definitely would recommend them to everyone needi... read more
Afternoon/ evening shift was loud , 3 nurses stood right outside my cubicles carried on long loud conversation after I requested so.e quietso I could sleep.
Strange experience. My wife has been bedridden for about two years over issues I'm still bewildered by. Insurance approved about a dozen sessions. After three sessions she was told they can't help her and that she would never walk again. Being more than pissed about that in talking with the supervisor he told me what the clinician "said". My answer was that she is having physical problems but has all her faculties and that they surely have to reevaluate how they talk to patients.
