The absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered from a healthcare provider. It was a whole rude scene just scheduling an appointment. I called back to cancel the appointment 2 months later and the person answering the phone was argumentative and flat out nasty. Do not waste your time with this office. The behavior is shocking.
Are we kidding? Should we know that the nurse is having a bad day? Should she have called to scold us because MyChart virtual visit didn’t work? This is wild. So rude. The doctor seems incompetent and also somehow condescending. Avoid this place!
Edit: Office fell off BIG TIME!!!/ seek second opinion’s if you care about your health I became affiliated with this office from being inpatient at Bayhealth. I can’t say enough great things about my doctor. My only complaint is getting appointments. Due to the doctors hectic hospital schedule it can be difficult trying to schedule appointments.The staff might get the schedule a week before he’s got office hours and then it falls on them to get people scheduled quickly. This place is pretty terrible, I really haven’t had many good experiences there. I’d definitely give zero stars if I could. Not only does the office staff suck, my doctor, Dr. Varipapas, is even worse somehow. Never once have I had a good experience with him. He talks over me, asks the same questions every single time (because he doesn’t care to know anything about his patients), rushes every appointment (always in and out in 5 minutes) he literally just asks the same questions, I’m not feeling heard.
