Edit: Office fell off BIG TIME!!!/ seek second opinion’s if you care about your health I became affiliated with this office from being inpatient at Bayhealth. I can’t say enough great things about my doctor. My only complaint is getting appointments. Due to the doctors hectic hospital schedule it can be difficult trying to schedule appointments.The staff might get the schedule a week before he’s got office hours and then it falls on them to get people scheduled quickly. This place is pretty terrible, I really haven’t had many good experiences there. I’d definitely give zero stars if I could. Not only does the office staff suck, my doctor, Dr. Varipapas, is even worse somehow. Never once have I had a good experience with him. He talks over me, asks the same questions every single time (because he doesn’t care to know anything about his patients), rushes every appointment (always in and out in 5 minutes) he literally just asks the same questions, I’m not feeling heard. Worst office staff. Don’t answer phones will leave messages then when you return the call they answer phone and will hang up the call. So hard to get a live person. This is very unprofessional when you need the services coming from hospital or in general and cannot get through to the office, please hire better staff that is trained to handle large volumes of calls. After over a month of trying, I rather not see anyone. Wonderful Doctors with poor front office staff bringing the practice down.

I have been seeing the staff and doctor here since before they moved locations and every time they have been super friendly. The level of care provided is what you’d expect from a neurology office and the doctor works hard and listens to your concerns.

By far the worst experience with a medical office. They are so bad that they wont even answer the phone. If I could do zero stars I would. Whenever I would finally get someone on the phone, I would express that I’ve been trying for weeks to make the appointment and there was no sense of urgency. This place is horrible and doesn’t care about patients
