First experience visiting in person - had made appointment online and filled out specifics. Was given paperwork when I arrived, and much of the information I asked for I had already entered online - they should have that and ask only for 'gaps' or verification. I had already used the website for viewing lab results, and used the messaging feature - got quick and helpful replies - I noticed that phone calls from them appear as "Sussex Hospital" - and the staff tested and found that depends on what service provider the person ... read more
I went there for my first visit in such a long time! It's a really great place! I had all my paperwork done ahead of time. I may have sat in the waiting room for two minutes before getting called back! Was asked all the normal questions and addressed my concerns. Was sent to get blood work. Was there not even an hour? That's with getting blood work! I had Michelle, really nice, listen to your issues. Would highly recommend this office!

I have had great service here a lot better then most doctors in dover and much easier to get a appointment
Scheduled a physical 6months out(understandable wait given the current climate with new patients) unfortunately had to cancel due to having the flu and couldn’t be seen again for another 6months. Insane that because I am sick I cannot be accommodated for another 6 months. I’ll find another provider since that’s how their customer service works for patients.
