My husband waited 11 hours in that was t enough the er nurse called me names. that was 3 times ago...a month and a 1/2 ago. On 3/10 he waited 23 HOURS to be seen with severe dehydration. HE FELL IN THEIR BATHROOM !!!Because he was so weak and did not get attention not even WATER!! MY DOG gets better treatment at the VET than my husband received in that ER! Let's see as of yesterday 3/15 he was released today we are back to square one and back to ER. We were told even an ambulance ride does not make a difference.
If I could give 0 stars, I totally would. This place has no process in place. Waiting periods over 4-6 hours. A patient next to me waited forever and was only taken in when they started bleeding uncontrollably. The service is the worst I’ve ever seen. I recommend you driving an hour to Middletown or Christian rather than coming here and wasting 3+ hours just twiddling your thumbs. The management should be ashamed.
This has been the worst experience ever. My mom fell and they brought her by ambulance to the Bayhralth ER in Milford. We got here at 12:17, they lost her for 40 mins, mixed her up with another patient and disclosed the other patients name to us. We have been here for 6 and 1/2 hrs. She has had tests done, labs done , etc. Still nothing...no results...lies and miscommunication. I will NEVER come here again. Ever. They should be ashamed of themselves.
I’ve been here since 11AM it is currently 4:57 and I have not been seen by a doctor yet. 2 Hours ago I went to the front desk to let them know I was experiencing chest pain and I still have not been seen. I understand the shortage of healthcare workers but this is ridiculous
