The staff here is amazing I have been to the er twice in one week and everyone has been super nice, very helpful and caring.
Held me hostage and threatend my life in danger my insurance paid for a ride and a sandwich upon being unheld captive never received yet was charged
I’m so shocked this place has such negative reviews. I brought my infant here after an injury at the pool and she saw three different doctors within 45 minutes. I was crying explaining what happened to the women who checked us in, and was met with so much reassurance, kind words, tissues and prompt service. Triage was swift, calmed me down, took great care of my baby. Even carried my stuff to our room and wrapped both my baby and I in warm blankets (we were still in our wet swimsuits). If you go in, be prepared to wait forever for assistance. Also, trying to get discharged is like pulling teeth! I won't go back to this hospital unless I am not the one making the decision as to where the ambulance takes me!! Addendum: Ambulance brought me back to this awful place! Just now taken back into the ER (yes, the ambo brought me in and I was in the waiting room for 6 hours and they weren't even busy!!). I'm now on a gurney in a hallway, waiting to be seen.
