Worst experience ever. Nice people but horribly unqualified to put a bandaid on let alone administer serious health care. Ripped a Cather out of me by clumsily tripping over it. Re-inserted straight Cather forcibly without sedation. Unable to get it to function yanked it out and re- inserted a larger permenant Cather without pain medication. Could have had a heart attack or worse. The absolutely worst and most painful experience ever
