I completely understand that unfortunately this department is overwhelmed with patients and not enough doctors but when you have established patient, who’s in the hospital at the time of their appointment, but couldn’t be bothered to come over and check on “their patient” we weren’t asking for special attention, We weren’t asking for a special appointment, Nothing just that they come over and see her during What would have been her scheduled appointment? The NP was excellent and explaining things to me and letting me know his thoughts for my plan of care. He was also a great listener.
Dr Deyl listens to you. She makes eye contact which seems to be rare these days. She’s very helpful and knowledgeable.
I was greeted with a smile from the time I checked in until the time I walked out I was given understandable information about my upcoming procedure and a schedule of medications to stop before the procedure. Okay that's the first and second step now the third step is the prep before the colonoscopy
