The office was able to fit me in for an appointment for the next business day. My experience(s) with Dr. Deyl have been great - i have felt listened to, i had more of a work-up there than ive had with previous gastros, and the staff has been friendly.
Had my appointment rescheduled because the Doctor was going to be out of the office 3, possibly 4 different times. Each time they pushed my appointment back, not a few days or weeks, TWO MONTHS or more. I am an established patient that was transferred. After this last appointment they said they were moving, I decided I’d just find a different doctor, my problems can’t wait for him to be in his office and not on vacation.
Good luck scheduling any appointments. I have seen four doctors here since becoming a patient 10+ years ago and I was always able to schedule my follow ups after my appointments for six months checkups. Now, I am told they can only schedule two months out and their scheduling system is unavailable beyond that time? I've never experienced an office with only two months of the schedule open. They will take your payment and not treat you. Front desk clerks don't make appointments. When I tried to speak to office manager Ann she wouldn't call back.
