Just overall they don’t care about you at all
When I first started going here I loved my doctor then I started to notice every time I had a appointment my doctor had left I had no doctor I experienced this about four times showing up asking who is my doctor and saying that doctor has left so I really never had a set doctor for about a year now, also one time I went to get a Pap smear which being no doctors a nurse practitioner did and I was told I can’t finish this because earthier you have to much fatty tissue or I just do not know what I’m doing so there I stop the wh... read more
They never actually try to help you. They try to just push you off to the ER. They canceled my appointment without even telling me and then told me to just go the ER instead.
I fractured my arm and needed total shoulder replacement… this office staff couldn’t have been more UNHELPFUL, UNSYMPATHETIC and simply rude. They refused to see me for surgical clearance… “no appointments for you… at all”. I’ve been going to this office for years and have even been there recently… the office staff even refused to have the dr simply fill out the clearance form. In summary…refused to complete the form without been seen and then refused to see me????? Is this healthcare today?? If I could give negative stars… ... read more
