Constant revolving door of doctors… has been my primary care for over 2 years, and haven’t had the same person more than 3x for my monthly appt’s. Impossible to get prescription refills—they frequently do not respond in a timely manner on MyChart, do not pick up the phone even when the office is open, and for some reason their insurance ALWAYS has an issue that causes delays at the pharmacy. No one seems to know what they’re doing
Medically, negligent, considering suingRefuses to remove the Nexplanon implant they implanted in my arm would give zero stars they refuse to remove the next implant from me for over a year. I am pretty sure I now have nerve damage where the implant was, and I’m pretty sure the implant was bent. They did not listen to me and yes, I did get I write and very upset and yes, I did. Doctors are great, but costumer service front desk need to do better, I had a few encounters and they have attitudes, it’s bad enough that I have anxiety and I don’t need more stress from them
They are the worst they don’t give you a chance to be a few minutes late before they ready to cancel your appointment is a shame with even how critical your health condition is.
