"I rated my experience a 3 because the front desk staff and nurse were wonderful. Unfortunately, my interaction with the doctor left me feeling uncomfortable. She entered with another individual but did not introduce him, so I had to ask who he was. He explained that he was a resident. The doctor then mentioned that my condition was not treated in their office, though the website indicates otherwise. Dr. Wright was very friendly and professional. I was in and out in no time. Only had to wait a few minutes in the waiting area. Check in and check out was easy and everyone was so very friendly.
