I’ve left five (5) messages in the last five (5) business days. They have yet to return my phone call even though their message says someone will be in touch with within 24 hours. I’m trying to schedule an appointment to see if I have cancer ffs. If there’s any love in your heart CAN YOU PLEASE RETURN MY PHONE CALL BEFORE I D¡E waiting on you to see if you have any availability.
I’ve been calling the office for months trying to get an initial appointment scheduled. The phone is never answered and I’m sent to a voicemail box. I’ve left multiples messages with zero call back.

I just had a first-time visit and Dr. Vemula was awesome. She took the time to address all my questions/concerns (I had a lot) and emphasized balancing a healthy interest in my physical health with continuing to live my life, which I needed to hear. A great holistic approach, going beyond numbers and considering the patient as a complete human being.
