Trecia Henriques has AWFUL bedside manner and I would not let her treat me as a patient. Ive had good experiences at this hospital until last night. (Hence 3 stars.) I came in with a severe headache or migraine that was making me nauseous, affecting my vision and ability to walk. Was seen very quickly in the ER by a very professional staff. Would not hesitate to use Bay Health again they gave me excellent care.
Awful experience. Rating really a zero. Spent 5+ hours there. Blood work, urine test, CT Scan all in 45 minutes. Then no one came near me for 2+ hours. Told urine was clear. Blood work & CT Scan ok. Just muscle issue. Go home & follow the advice of the great 20th century philosophers Larry, Mo & Curley: If it hurts, don’t do it. WHAT??? Seemed to never check urine because by the next day the test results on my BEBEE portal are showing a problem. My GP sent in a prescription for a UTI. But wait, it gets worse.
