The care, the process, efficiency and professional care is fantastic. Wait time to be seen is minimal (5-10 min tops). Have used this location at least 10 times in 2024 for self, visiting guests & friends in need, and every visit provided the same quality experience and excellent medical care. Have never been disappointed with my care- & 2 visits in the past year were quite serious. Thank you!
It was a great place! I was taken very good care of. The Staff were excellent especially Holly. She did Al. She could to make me comfortable.
Excellent experience….All staff, including security, registration, CNA, RN, and NP provided courteous, efficient, and professional care for my injury.
Nice & Pleasant People. It’s a very busy place, therefore it takes a while to be seen by the Doctor but so far I have been there twice and both doctors were excellent in their diagnosis. Exspect about a 3 hour visit.
A great experience. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice. Explaining everything every step of the way. I felt I was in great hands with experienced medical professionals. I Definitely recommend Bayhealth for the ER.
