Everyone and everything has been excellent! Could not have had a better experience I a first class hotel. The doctors, musing staff and aids (especially) are extraordinary!
My husband was discharged from another emergency room with no diagnosis, no referrals, in excruciating pain. As the pain got worse, we took a chance and went to Bayhealth Milton. A choice I am SO GLAD we made. Registration was kind, the wait time was non-existent, the nurse made sure to check on us often and was very nice, the doctor actually listened and between the nurse and doctor, you could feel the genuine care, concern and compassion. BEST ER in the area. Very pleased with the care they provided. They got me in pretty quick, all clinical staff were very polite and respectful.
