Absolutely horrible experience... I went there in excruciating pain expecting urgent medical attention, but the staff acted like nobody cared. The waiting time was unbelievably slow, and when I asked about the doctor, the response I got was, “We don’t know when the doctor will come. If you can’t wait, just leave.” That is completely unacceptable for an emergency department. Under staffed facilities, and unfortunately staffed with rude people , with very few caring staff members… very few.
Every time I've come to the ER we've had to wait hours and hours because they didn't have any beds. Some of the staff are nice and some are rude and don't listen. Not all of it is the fault of anyone there but it's a miserable all-day experience every time. If you're physically able I suggest you go find another hospital.
Honestly, they’re just plain old dumb. My fiancée at the time hit her head in a minor motor vehicle accident. Checked out by Dr. at work and said you probably have a concussion, go to the ER. When we arrived, they asked her all sorts of questions after she said her symptoms. Does that seem like a wise thing to do? Someone who had a damaged brain is getting made to think?
