Very rude! Made me feel worse than I already felt. The reg staff was good but from the nurse to the doctors were all very rude, not helpful, rushed, and inattentive! I’m new to Dover and already deal with chronic pain on top of having a bad fall on my limb! They made me feel like I was some type of drug addicted, didn’t even listen or show know concern to my situation! I would not recommend any one going there to get treated like dirt!

Came in with a friend last week who was having serious chest pains and trouble breathing. Got sat in the waiting room for like 6hrs with no answers and then instead of being taken back to a room we got into a mall chase with the rolling giant ! I couldn’t believe it! We came to the er for medical treatment and got into a mall chase with the rolling giant ! I am a BayHealth patient in Dover and this Walk-In Center is not someplace I would return to in its present format. The visit co-pay is high and the wait is very long. You get one DO per shift and a couple of PA/NP care extenders for the entire clinic, and it takes hours to get minimal treatment. This Walk-In Center underscores the lack of good medical services in Central Delaware. I am going to sign up with Christiana as soon as I am eligible.
