My first time ever going here and I waited over 2 hours to never get the results of a rapid flu test that takes 15 mins lol
This ER is not big enough as Dover population has grown quickly but needs a bigger ER asap with more doctors and staffing asap Bayhealth.
The staff here is amazing I have been to the er twice in one week and everyone has been super nice, very helpful and caring.
Held me hostage and threatend my life in danger my insurance paid for a ride and a sandwich upon being unheld captive never received yet was charged
