OK now I see why they have the reviews that they currently have terrible communication SYLVIA that answers the phone gets attitude and sometimes even hangs up and claims it was a connection issue, but you didn’t call back because if you call from a different number after several attempts after the hangup and then call from a different number she picks up and you can hear her voice. She didn’t think it was you terrible take my business elsewhere. I’ve been waiting for weeks and weeks for them to get back to me waste of time.
Staff is friendly. But billing is terrible. They charge over $1,000 just to walk thru the doors and then another $986 for the Dr to spend 5 minutes with you. Over $900 for just FIVE MINUTES. The cost was NEVER disclosed. This pricing is obscene. I was seen for hematology..I canceled my follow up cause there was no way I can afford $2k for every single visit.
Was hard to get a first appointment took months but they must of hired new people because its been quick and easy to get appointments now. DR. CHUA is nice and professional and tells you what to expect going forward good or bad. I like that. But more doctors and staff are need at this hospital, seems so short staffed somedays.
My partner was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer in August 2023 and had to wait until October 2023 to see Oncology which scheduled her for November 8 chemotherapy. Her cancer progressed and she passed on November 13 2023
First impressions are everything and I believe I will be canceling my appointment before I even step foot into this facility. There’s a reason I am referred to this location and yet the person scheduling the appointment says that my problem is not dire and they have appointments that are needed for cancer patients that are far more important.
