Hard to get a hold of and horrible cusotmer service. Had to have my tank emptied to address a plumbing issue. They said they serviced my boat only to get me in a real bad sitution. Highly suggest being their when they service your boat
I used these guys for years and thought they were doing a pretty good job. The last time, though, they came and supposedly pumped out my tank. I went for an overnight immediately after and found that my tank was still almost completely full! Sewage backed up in my toilet. And when I contacted them about the issue they refused to come out until the next week. And for the final insult, they charged me to pump it out a second time!
