Would give 0 stars to the security if I could. Rude and very unprofessional. Repeatedly kept saying “BYE BYE BYE” on the speaker as I was trying to get into the building to drop something off early in the morning. Honestly lost for words. I guess they just hire anyone for the security.

I don't know what's going on with that security guard but he needs serious mental help, I wish management would finally step up and do something about it. He was incredibly rude and unprofessional towards guests.

Overall, the apartment was very nice and luxurious. Great views. However, I was visiting a friend who owns an apartment there, and the staff were so unacceptably rude! They treated us horribly. Len specifically who works at the front. Me and my friend were used to pulling into the other entrance due to the race, and on this day a sign was blocking the normal entrance, so we assumed we had to enter from the back.
