Probably should give them just one star, but I'm a nice guy....they quoted me $208 to fix a wobbly shower faucet. Zack actually charged me an additional $50 for a half hour of labor because I asked Johnny (Zack"s helper) if he'd please run a bead of caulk on the base of the toilet (that i fixed myself recently) which took maybe 2 minutes. Zack also didn't install the access panel in the drywall like the quote stated it would. When I asked him about it he said ' there isn't going to be one because he didn't bring one".
