I’m diabetic and having a procedure today. I went to window 2 to sign in and asked if I had time for a snack. Once Melanie (hard to make out her name tag) established there wasn’t snacks in the building, she proceeded to offer her own banana:) we need more people like her!
I have never had a problem with this office. Where ever you go now days not all people are going to be happy. The BOTTOM line. Their inmges are the best! Gave my Doc the views needed for my diagnosis
Tried for 3 days to make an MRI appointment. Nobody answers the phone or returns voicemail messages. Very unprofessional and not very reassuring if this is how they care for patients just trying to schedule a procedure. When looking at other posts many have had the same experience. It took 5 minutes to reschedule my MRI at Central Imagining and got an MRI scheduled for 2 days later.
No one ever calls back when trying to schedule an MRI.
I would give 0 stars if I could. They were so difficult in their correspondences with my physicians office, required so much information in order to submit insurance approval, and now three weeks later they wont answer any phone calls, haven't returned a single voicemail, and haven't even started the insurance approval. Wildly unprofessional and do not take their patients health seriously.
