I had a bad experience with the staff at this office. The medical records weren't updated per the last visit. When I called, they didn't provide accurate information, and they created a confusing situation. Also, they recently called me to change my next appointment, pushing it a month later. It seemed like they waited until the last minute to reschedule, which prevented a sooner date. Sheila was very rude and unprofessional on the phone, and then she hung up on me. They have an excellent selection of doctors. Choose one that suits you and find the same doctor at another clinic where they also practice. But under no circumstances should you go to this one. Their pricing is extremely strange and completely non-transparent. They won’t inform you about the cost of services, and they will definitely find extra charges to add on and ways to milk the insurance company. Absolutely disgraceful.
