Shady, scamming lying billing department. Never sent the bill to me or my insurance company , just to collections. My insurance company and I have probably spent 30 hours trying to fix this. No one answers the phone or returns calls. My insurance company has actually filed a complaint against them.
The reviews say it all. If you visit this E, R, you will start to get mysterious bills. When you call to find out what these bills are related to no one will ever respond, you won't get a chance to submit it to your insurance and they will send you to collections. Scam, Scam, scam. To bad I have proof I called for weeks and weeks without ever receiving any response.
Apparently this is a scam company that uses a blackmailing technique, me and my wife never heard of them and never visited them at all, they keep sending my wife a letter asking for $547 for tests she didn’t do at all and say that if she doesn’t pay them they’ll consider her for collection. I’m gonna sue there asses for this.

I was just contacted by a collection agency demanding $40.00 and change for services purportedly provided over a year ago for which I never received a bill and they are threatening my credit. I had to punch in one zero in order to send this review but it would have been zero stars were that possible. Beware!
