When we arrived we were told the boat we were going to rent broke down We were given a boat with duck tape on the stations, torn seats and so dirty the women who were elderly ladies did not want to sit on the seats. The manager was rude and told one lady to get off the premises for rude and abusive behavior. This women is a retired teacher who is very proper and polite.She was mortified. I've rented from here twice and have always been treated well.
We rented a pontoon boat and had a great time.
Mark and Natasha were extremely friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend.
