Generally scummy behaviour. I bought a second hand Passat from them last year. Between the point of me choosing the car and me picking it up, one of the panels came loose. The dealer assured me that they would be able to fix the issue after the weekend, so I agreed to pick it up and then their service team would call me back and arrange a time to repair the panel.
