We bought a car from Aaron two days ago. He was extremely helpful to us as we had never owned a car with so many bells and whistles! Aaron was extremely thorough and patient in pointing out the various functions of the VW and made the whole process quite enjoyable, with no stress involved. Pauline and I were very impressed with Aaron and wish him well in the future.
Made an online booking. Called me up a week in advance to 'confirm some details'. Told them about a noise the car makes when changing gears - "oh but that requires a technician and we can't to that on that day". OK fine, don't bother about that then. "Oh hang on, we don't have availability for your booking". What, you mean the times listed online were not really available? "Yes, that is right. You can book another time. So now left trying to find an available service centre before christmas. Thanks but I won't be going back.

I visited Bayford Volkswagen Fairfield regarding a broken air-conditioning vent in my vehicle. I have previously had positive experiences with Bayford at both Camberwell and Fairfield and have regularly recommended them to colleagues and friends.
