Layout of the place is confusing. Not sure where you are when you walk in. Found the sales section. Went on a test drive. Sales rep was knowledgeable and helpful.
Disappointing experience with the Bayford Fairfield (now Preston) dealership, who will not honour or bother responding to genuine warranty claims despite numerous follow ups. I had a VW <5 years old with my warranty period still valid, a gasket on the car became dislodged and started flapping around on the highway above the headlight. We visited Bayford Volkswagen in Dec 2025 to look at an Amarok. We were greeted by Aaron Valentine who was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and he did everything to help us with our trade in and the purchase of our new car. I originally purchased a Golf here 10 years ago. I traded it in recently to upgrade. Kevin was the best first contact you ever want to have at a car dealership.
