Absolute great service. From driving into the driveway to picking up the car. Everything was explained regarding things it needed and what was done. Andy is good at what he does.
Recently had a major issue with the TCU on my 2021 VW. Don Cheng on my behalf approached VW Australia to enquire about a warranty option. (Point to note car is just out of warranty). As I have always serviced my car at dealership we were able to get all repairs parts and labour covered. This saved me approx 6.5K.
