This is a review of overall 4 years build up of anger from this Volkswagen. Made me feel like I couldn’t buy the car from day one, when I bought the car they didn’t give my car Mats and when I went back to pick it up they gave me one from another showroom car. Every time I go to service my car, I feel like they are sexist towards women, They often tell me my servicing will cost me 300 to 400 and then I go there and somehow it ends up to be $800. I have always found the staff Friendly, approachable and happy to answer any questions you may have. Having owned multiple VW's - there is just something about Bayford VW Epping that draws me back to them each time I look to buy my next Vehicle.
