I've met a lovely salesperson at part's and accessories at the Epping branch I f Bayford Volkswagen, by the name of Ron Parr , what a helpful gentleman and an extraordinary service with a smile and professionalism. I wanted my old locknuts removed as I lost the original tool. He helped me get the old ones removed and sold me new ones. Very happy customer.

My 60-minute express service became a two-hour-plus ordeal. Despite requesting wiper replacement ahead of time, they were out of stock. This is typical of their service: for a 2+ year active recall on my Polo, they have never stocked the correct part, continuously promising to order it and call me, a promise they never keep.
