My experience with Bayford Volkswagen Epping has been nothing short of appalling. The problems began from the very first interaction. I was told I had to pay a deposit to hold the car; only to arrive and be informed that the same vehicle had been loaned out. Misleading and completely unacceptable for such a major purchase. I should have walked away then. Within 12 hours of delivery, issues began and have never stopped. This is a review of overall 4 years build up of anger from this Volkswagen. Made me feel like I couldn’t buy the car from day one, when I bought the car they didn’t give my car Mats and when I went back to pick it up they gave me one from another showroom car. Every time I go to service my car, I feel like they are sexist towards women, They often tell me my servicing will cost me 300 to 400 and then I go there and somehow it ends up to be $800. I have always found the staff Friendly, approachable and happy to answer any questions you may have. Having owned multiple VW's - there is just something about Bayford VW Epping that draws me back to them each time I look to buy my next Vehicle. We all look for something different when buying a vehicle - price, model, color, extras, comfort, technology, performance, styling or economy. The VW brand seems to offer something for everyone.
