Wouldn’t even give 1 star. Didn’t realise giving out worn out brake pads and rotors on a car classified as road worthy. Called up the sales rep Seb and apparently it’s acceptable. I’ve dealt with plenty of dealerships but have never experienced this sort of service before. Felt like I was basically scammed into a sale.
I have to admit, im not the easiest guy to sell a car to, however, i have bought many in my time. I worked with Jordan in getting a deal on a new T Roc R Wolfsburg Edition, Jordan was patient, attentive and knew what i was looking to acheive. I want to thank Jordan for his great service and time in getting this deal done.
