I had an excellent experience buying a new Ford Ranger Hybrid. Patrick explained all the features of the car, which made the decision to buy very easy. We opted to get tinted windows, and the day the car returned to the dealer Patrick noticed there were scratches in one of the windows, so he called to let me know that I could take delivery as planned on the following morning, and that he had organised for the car to go back and be redone on the Monday morning, and gave me a courtesy car to make sure I wasn’t inconvenienced. ... read more
I was very satisfied with the professionalism and service provided by the sales and finance teams, especially Karl Sella, who was outstanding.
Dealt with Tom who was helping me track down a van on short notice. Unfortunately, I didn't end up getting one with him, but he went above and beyond researching the very specific features I wanted including calling third party business who do fit outs and engineers for compliance and how to go about things. Also called around most of Australia tracking down the van I wanted. We were unlucky but can't recommend them and Tom in particular enough, great customer service and if I'm ever in town looking for a Ford I'll be going ... read more
