Interesting experience with this storage location. I was on a wait list but never got a call until a month after I had already rented the unit. I randomly checked their website and found the unit was not available. They put a lock inside my unit and it stayed unlocked for almost a week before I could get there to move stuff in. A month later I moved evertyhing into a new apartment which I wasn't expecting to get everything moved at once but the movers exceeded their packing ability to I sweep out the unit and removed the loc... read more
Very scammy when you try to move out. My wife and I swept the unit when moving out, and upon requesting a move out of the unit, we were told that we would not be getting our $50 deposit back. The manager very rudely said that the unit was very dirty and was not swept (which was not the case), and that we did not give 30 days notice prior to moving out. As there is no prorating of the rent, the policy either forces you to lose your $50 deposit, or pay for an additional month of storage, as your 30 days will likely push you ou... read more
Cleaned out my storage unit and swept got an email saying I’m not getting my deposit because it was dirty
We rented a unit for a few months prior to finding a home. The unit was clean and worked well. BUT...when you move out, request to be present for the move out inspection or you probably wonʻt get your $50 deposit back. My husband cleaned it out (swept) and we were told that it was dirty so would not get our money back. We rented high end homes while we were in transition and got our full deposits back on both. I also sent a certified letter asking for a reconsideration which was received but never answered. Seems shady to me... read more
