I emailed Kiah Grant yesterday regarding renewal of my existing.mortgage . She was very prompt with my query , after giving her some more info about mortgage she came back with all my options and suggested which option she would recommend for me. I am very satisfied with her and her results.
Bayfield did an absolutely appalling job of managing our mortgages in their Mortgage Investment Fund to the extent we had mortgages 3 months in arrears where customers were never spoken to! Needless to say we have taken all of our investments away from them and I would not recommend them to anyone considering mortgage investments!
