We have had work done by Bayes 2 times since moving into our house. First time was to install some new equipment and the second time was to service our water softener. Both times the service was great. The staff is always very kind and caring. Special thanks to Barry for squeezing us in today so we could use our water! Highly recommend them.
Heard an unusual sound coming from our water softener midday, so I called Bayes, and Barry came out. Looked it over, and it had merely been recycling midday vs 2am, due to a power outage. He reset it, tested the water for iron and hardness, and that was that. He could have said the unit was bad and I would have been none-the-wiser and replaced it, but as it is, it will be replaced within a year or two, and hopefully, this recommendation will get them several more customers. I highly recommend these guys.
