Has been “working” on our car for over 2 months and hasn’t been reliable not once. He says he’s going to show up sometime in the morning or afternoon and then doesn’t show up until 9pm and does the “work” and then of course another problem comes to light. Now we had to place an order for a part that was over $300 and guess what! Edgar goes MIA so now we’re down a vehicle and money. Definitely do not recommend.
Edgar did a full transmission service and ran a diagnostic on my 2008 M3, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was very professional, showed up on time, and the fact that he’s mobile made everything so convenient. He explained what he was doing, did a great job, and the car is running great. I’ll definitely be calling him again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable work.
I wasn’t too sure about getting maintenance done outside of the dealership since I have a newer car, but Edger assured me he could handle the job — and he definitely delivered! He changed the spark plugs on my 2023 Audi Q5 quickly and efficiently. Edger provided excellent customer service and completed the work in no time. I’m very satisfied with the experience and would rate his service a full 5 out of 5!
Edgar is awesome! He is very knowledgeable and always provides a clear explanation for what he is doing with my car. He has worked on it a few times now and always delivers! The car is running great and has had no issues since Edgar started working on it. Highly recommend!
