Prompt and friendly Our Norcold 12 volt refrigerator stopped working on our first day of our second season in our Airstream. Dublin was a short detour off our route but they were able to accommodate our service needs immediately. They ordered a new refrigerator and had it waiting for us by the time we got there. The diagnosis, removal and installation was quick and efficient. Everyone there was friendly and pleasant. I had a wonderful sales experience at Bayer RV including a replacement of a clearance light before initial pick up. HOWEVER, when it came to SERVICE, it was quite the opposite. My hitch was reconfigured to what they thought was a certified trailer set up with so much tension on the trailer brackets, they shifted during tow. Upon return, they set it up with absolutely no tension which defeats the purpose of a 4-point sway control. I ended up fixing it myself...
