Never had an issue until recently. Had service done that was around $1100 (transmission and a few odds, was expected) however besides broken items or missing parts. Went in to address my concerns as I had an upcoming appointment with injector issues. Lady at service department dismissed my concerns and literally shooed me away. As stated never had an issue before, but because of that I definitely won't be going back.
Oh my goodness this has to be the worst staffed joke in the industry. If you have the fire department grant for a 100k cab and chassis RUN AWAY FROM BAYER the worst dealer on the planet! No wonder why you have new 2023 vehicles on the lot I hope you go bankrupt!
