Had something going on with my older (probably 25 years old I'd assume) central AC system so I called yesterday and they came out later afternoon when I could be home. Looked over a few things and noticed my prior service provider had connected a couple wires wrong on the outside unit causing the fan to spin the wrong way. Cleaned the system, checked the pressures, etc., and swapped the wiring connections and I could feel colder air immediately. Only charged for the basic service call it seemed. Very pleased!
