RecommendedUpdated and resurfaced our outdated yellow brick fireplace. Sounds easy? Not so- many phases to install marble tile on existing brick. The project was completed and we are very pleased. John Bayer is professional and customer oriented . Tile specialist, Nick, was excellent- had pride in his work and assisting with our vision of a contemporary marble fireplace. Communication & promptness, cleanup and courteous - appreciated by us- 5 stars
John and team just completed our new and improved back deck and we couldn't be happier!!! From the beginning John provided very helpful guidance for everything from materials to design. All of the inspections were passed without a hitch and the team was always professional and able to answer any and all of our questions. The final product exceeded our expectations and we would definitely use them again for our next project!
Aaron, John, and their crew are a dedicated bunch. The paint in all over our (newly purchased) house was peeling, flaking, tested, and deemed a hazard. Bayer Builders took care of the kitchen renovation, which required careful removal of lead-painted cabinets, and they also performed a VERY detailed paint job throughout our house on the trim and original built in cabinets. Wow! Bayer Builders just finished building a new porch, repairing siding on the back of our house and installing a window. We are so impressed with the owners and the work of Seth and Marco, the carpenters, was outstanding! John Bayer gave us a detailed estimate, worked hard with the city to get our permits (even with changing a few things), and was honest with us about what could be expected. This is definitely the company to hire! We will be using them again and again!
My wife and I had John repair wall damage in shower/tub and do a complete tile job including installing new shower doors. John is honest, dependable, fair, and a super nice guy to boot. His quote was very detailed and clear, which really eased our anxieties as we moved through the process of working through the project. I called to have a deck built and Windows changed into French doors. John called and came out quickly and had an estimate ready. His foreman Seth is great and a hard worker. My new deck even with all the horrid weather is almost done. It will be ready for summer and sunshine.
We recently had Bayer refaced our fireplace. In 8 days Alex beautifully put new stone on the surface of our old fireplace. He worked with us to make the fireplace exactly what we wanted. Our home, which is built in 1894, has beautiful built in bookshelves attached to the fireplace. I was nervous they would stand out, but they are seamlessly blended into the fireplace which now looks like it has been there for years! We are looking forward to working with them again additional projects!
