I planned a last-minute weekend getaway with my husband and was so fortunate to find availability here — it was absolutely perfect! The location was easy to find, and we had a stunning view of Kachemak Bay. It’s just minutes from the Diamond Creek trailhead, where we explored tide pools filled with sea life (and even spotted a coyote!). The home itself was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped. Staying at Baycrest is such a treat - we do our best to make it a few times a year at least. The units are beautifully decorated, always immaculately clean, and really comfortable. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay, laundry, full kitchen, and of course the hot tub and views cant be beat. We love it and recommend it to everyone we know, it's our favorite spot we have stayed in Homer, it always feels like a little vacation. :)

We had the most wonderful stay at the Otter's Den, booked through Baycrest lodge directly. Jen was friendly and easy to work with. The space is beautiful and the perfect size for 2. The space was clean, spotless. The views from the hot tub and fireplace.. breathtaking. The bed was comfortable, everything you need to cook and grill. Has a great washer and dryer if needed. Our first trip to Homer and they really spoiled us with this place. We will absolutely return and book with Baycrest again. Peter and Ryan
