I live here , and I had a stressful situation. It had me a mess but Chelly sat with me for an hour, we went through everything. Figured it out, fixed it and she handled it with grace and a true desire to help. I walked in expecting it to be a mess. It was handeled wonderfully and you could tell how much she cared.
I moved out and never received my security deposit back. Management does not answer the phone, respond to emails, and is never in the office when we stop by during office hours. Edit- After I posted this, Chelle started sending me texts saying I was committing slander and that she was going to sue me. I repeatedly said I am not slandering her, I am being honest that I never got my deposit or an itemized bill. I repeatedly asked for an itemized bill for the deposit.
